How do I register for the ANAC Symposium?
You can register online by selecting your preferred admission option on this page. Payments can be made securely by credit card.
If you need assistance, call 416-892-ANAC (2622). Our administrative assistant can complete your registration by phone. Phone registrations can be paid by credit card or e-transfer to [email protected]. Payment is required at the time of registration.
Is the event bilingual?
No. The event will be delivered in English, including all printed materials. However, recorded sessions will include English closed captions and French subtitles. Digital access to the recordings will be available for purchase by non-registrants after the event.
Who is allowed to attend?
The Symposium is open to patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and anyone interested in acoustic neuroma research, diagnostics, treatment, symptom management, and rehabilitation. Everyone is welcome to join and contribute to advancing knowledge and support for the acoustic neuroma community.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes. Each session will be recorded and made available to registered attendees to revisit after the event. Non-registrants will have an opportunity to purchase digital access to the recordings from our website at a later date, once the material is post-processed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is committed to accessibility and offers features such as:

Do I need to arrange my own accommodation, transportation and parking?
Yes. Attendees are responsible for their own arrangements. Recommendations are provided on this page to assist with planning.
Can I bring a family member, friend or support person?
Yes. Family and friends are welcome. We offer discounted ticket bundles for joint registrations.

Will alcohol be served?
No, alcohol will not be served during the Symposium.
Do breakfast and lunch menus accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes. Dietary requirements can be submitted on the registration form and will be communicated to the catering team.
Are ticket purchases eligible for a charitable giving tax receipt?
No. Ticket purchases cover the cost of the event and are not considered tax-receiptable donations.
