Event Photography and Video Notice
Photographs and video recordings will be taken during this event by the Acoustic Neuroma Association of Canada (ANAC) for educational, promotional, fundraising, archival, and communications purposes. These materials may be used in print and digital formats, including ANAC’s website, social media, newsletters, reports, and other publications.
The event will be recorded and shared with registrants. Recordings may also be made available for purchase by non-registrants. Please note that any questions or comments you make during the event may be captured in the recording.
By registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that photography and video recording will take place and consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice for these purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify an event coordinator upon arrival. You may request a visual indicator on your name badge and should also inform the photographer or videographer directly. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your preference, including excludign you from posed or group photographs. Please note that incidental appearances in wide-angle or background footage may still occur.
